Medium Jamie 4.3 Patchwork Leather Shoulder Bag

I’m not sure if anyone even looked at the bag before they sent it, but it arrived reeking of perfume, had someone’s hair inside it, and the hardware protective stickers were pulled off thus leaving it scratched. There were also several marks on the leather. Needless to say, back it went. Most disappointing is Nordstrom’s customer service response to situations like this. They say sorry, but honestly don’t care or offer any solution. The product is sold out now so no replacement can be offered and again, they don’t seem to care one bit…bottom line: if you can get your hands on a new bag, take it, but maybe look at getting it from a different store or the designer themselves.
