Received bag without a pouch
I was so excited to receive this MZ Wallace bag and it was so nice it was my first one from this brand but looking at the inside I realized it was missing a pouch. I called Nordstrom customer service I was told to return the bag get my money back and buy it again??? I will return this bag tomorrow and buy it again because I like it. This really sucks you guys are no help. The Nordstrom store is an hour drive from my place but it's good I have a Nordstrom rack close to me but I am really upset!!! Im giving it a 4 because the bag is really beautiful minus 1 for customer service.
