Medium College Matelassé Leather Shoulder Bag

I thought I was going to have buyers remorse with this bag. It is my 2nd high end luxury bags but the first I purchased for myself. I was worried about the color but it's a beautiful blood red. The leather is soft. It doesn't hold much, which is perfect for me. I put my card holder, my sunglasses(in the case) my lipstick, chapstick, keys, and face mask with some extra room. You could fit a small wallet very comfortably or a small make up pouch, maybe a couple more makeup items. The bag is not heavy, the chain is beautiful, the size is perfect for me. I am 5'6 about 140 pounds and a size 4/6 for reference.

I originally ordered this bag in black, which was was nice, but I just didn’t love it. They grey khaki color looked kind of olive green in some of the pictures online so I was really hesitant to order it but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s beautiful! In person it’s a dark, stormy gray. The gray with the gold hardware looks absolutely gorgeous. If you want to take a baby step out of your comfort zone of black bags I highly recommend. :)

I bought this in Italy in a deep rouge with smokey grey chain strapand I LOVE the bag. It’s not too big but big enough to hold the essentials. The lambskin is a game changer and definitely worth the extra cost. I had a hard time finding a matching wallet though and ended up getting a regular leather in the same color.

I purchased the black with gold hardware. I do love this bag.. unfortunately, I will be returning it as it is defected... it flops down on one side and is caved in. Cons: for the price of this bag, I was expecting a little more quality from this bag. One thing that I also could not get over is the color of the gold hardware... it's beautiful, however, I wish it came in a lighter gold finish. I wish there were more color options so I could wear this bag with both browns and blacks.. maybe a taupe or nude. Pros: I loved that I could use the top handle, cross body, and shoulder bag. It fit my full size LV wallet, cell phone, air pods, chap-stick, hand lotion, and some other small items. The bag itself is beautiful and really does standout.
