Punk Ballet Flat (Women)

OMG!, I still can't understand why Nordstrom continues to send display products all stained and in poor condition, and they still put the paper that has to be sent new, unused and with all the labels, making it a condition that they can only be returned in the Nordstrom stores and not at nordstrom Rack. The shoes are all stained and also the product is of very low quality, the leather it is very thin and has a lot of yellow glue between the metal and the leather in front, also this are very uncomfortable

Was really excited to get those flats, but super disappointed that the shoes didn’t meet my expectations. 1. They didn’t come with dust bags (which I normally get when purchasing designer shoes, even those on sale.) 2. These are display items: the fabric on the inner rim of one of the shoes is tinted black, and the shoe had also has a trace of pink on the leather that’s hard to get rid of. I called customer service but seems like I got the last pair so they won’t be able to return+order another one. Really liked the shoes, and hate it that I have to think about returning those.
