Medium Delmy Visetos Shopper

This is my first MCM bag. MCM was highly recommended by @sergiossecret. I am pleased with the quantity and structure of this tote. I chose this over the MCM Liz Tote because I wanted a tote that would not flop over if I put it on the ground. I love the black because the branding is barely noticeable. And the sale price at Nordstrom makes this purchase a total win!

First off let me just say that I love the size of this bag which is why it’s getting three stars. I like the side spaces I can literally put my yeti cup or skinnier yeti or hydro flask in it and use it to hold other things. I love the inner zipper pouch to put valuables (since this bag doesn’t zip closed) and the amount of theft is beyond believable and I’m always paranoid of people reaching into my purse. This purse is quite large and I am able to put the small mcm crossbody inside it and use it as a secondary bag when I don’t want to carry such a big bag. I put everything important in it and leave the big bag. SADLY, however this bag is trash. Or at least that’s where it would go if it wasn’t $500. The piping has rubbed off. Weirdly I don’t always wear it on the same side so it must just rub off depending on clothing? Maybe certain materials mess it up more than others? Maybe body oils? Not sure. I do know however perhaps this isn’t real leather. I did see two other reviews about the quality. I guess I will return it and try the YSL shopper of the LV shopper. No problems with my wallet or crossbody I will say that much!

I bought this online and never picked it up. First of all it’s not leather. Don’t like the piping trim on the bottom. Piping trim wears off too fast. Just studying the man made handbag makes me think twice on owning a MCM handbag. I’d rather have a leather made MCM handbag. I own three MCM leather handbags. I am very pleased the way they are made.
