Deterioration in quality
It is sad to see that you guys have walked away from the good quality you are known for. Look at the handle and compare it to the handle you used to have on older models. Definitely a downgrade in quality. After using your products for 25 years, time to look for a better quality product

Disappointed
I wish the front pocket had a back and didn’t open up to the main compartment so that you could add quick items instead of them falling into your clothes. I wish the handle under the luggage was open and plastic so that you could get a better grip when maneuvering it, especially into an overhead aircraft bin. The top section of the luggage needs a handle on the left side so that when you zip it open, pulling the top section open to the right you can control it, maybe move the side handle to the top instead of the bottom. The inside tie down straps don’t need a heavy clasp, it’s just more unnecessary weight. I’ve taken it on just one flight and already have scratch marks on the fabric.

Great roller bag. Stylish, sturdy and completely everything you need in a carry-on.

Buy this one! You deserve it!
It's beautiful, strong & functional. A step up design wise from the other Aero model I purchased a few years ago.

My new favorite bag
This replaced a carry on I had for many years and is my favorite travel bag. It looks great and can hold a lot of stuff. Looking forward to many years traveling with this bag.
