Comfortable from day one.

Unlike typical boat shoes which have harder soles, these McGuffey 2's have a very comfortable sole and insole so they were a pleasure to wear from the first day. High quality leather and craftmanship make them my new favorite shoe.

Make noise as I walk and they flex.

I bought these about 3 weeks ago. I thought they would quiet down as I wore them longer, but they still make noise as they flex. I am thinking about returning them. I love the look of them, if they would only stop making noise.

Seems well made.

Nice shoe however not a replacement for the discontinued Holden Wingtip! Hands down the most comfortable Johnston & Murphy shoe, very close to. 0 drop, easy on my knees.

Not really boat shoes but great casual wear

Once again JM shoes fit comfortably right out of the box. If you plan on were socks I’d definitely go up a half size as they are tight.

Very comfortable good fit and quality

I bought these about 1 month ago and once broken in they are very comfortable. Great support and I usually wear them for daily use with no socks and shorts for the summer.
