Mavis Ballet Flat

Gentle Souls always fit my wide foot comfortably. Always high quality and they last for years. I was not disappointed with these shoes - a reliably good product.

Quality of leather is great, but otherwise the shoes are cheaply made. The toe box is neither square nor round, so it frames the toes awkwardly and presses on the top of the big toe nail, which is odd. The elastic around the heel keeps the shoe securely on the foot and would be helpful for walking, but the sole is extremely thin and would wear out really quickly! Not worth the price -- even on sale!

Overall, great quality. Good leather but rubs in odd spots across the top of my foot. Not a ton of support so that is not great for lots of walking.

Unfortunately the shoe digs in something wild at the back of my foot. Way worse on the left but also on the right. Happened within about 30 minutes of wearing them, but by then I was outside so I guess they’re mine. Hopefully they’ll break in but can’t see it. I have very tough feet and rarely ever have a problem with shoes so beware of these.

Beautiful color, nice leather, very comfortable.

Love these shoes! They are dressy, high quality, stylish, and so comfortable. Bought the leopard and black.
