Maven Skimp Jeans

I went to Nordstrom today to pick up the lil hustler jeans ( which I needed to exchange for my regular size) and the lady working there( Sarah) forgive me if I missed spelled your name; had me try these on; along with a few others. The moment I put them on I was IN LOVE!!!! They literally feel like sweats, no waist gap; hit at all the perfect spots, and in a color that I LOVE! My 6 year old even said “ mom.. you have so many light colored jeans! When I got the other jeans in the mail the other day! ( so so so true… and I followed the reviews and ordered a size up; but they were still too baggy everywhere and too long- which I was expecting.. typically an inseam of 31-31.5” is perfect for flats) which these are just THAT! Honestly I don’t think I have put a pair of jeans on that fit me this way in a LONG TIME & felt so good!!! I also tried on a white T shirt ( I love nothing more than jeans & white T ) I grabbed and it was sooo soft; but it was 180$!!! And Sarah was sooo kind and said “ let me get you something that’s just as good but a fraction of the price; so she grabbed me Nordstrom brand T shirts ( 100% pima cotton) and they were honestly the same! I got them in white and black! The jeans size 26( my usual size). I went to pay; and had them on- which is a sure sign I am in love.. and she said “ you won’t believe this” and my heart sunk.. but she said “ they are on sale too!” It was truly my lucky day!! So I got two t’s, and a pair of mother jeans that I am obsessed with plus 20$ back!! All because of Sarah at Nordstrom at Southcenter!! Thank you Sarah😘 this is just one of the many reasons I love Nordstrom! I literally talked to her for about 2 minutes; but I felt like she knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! best customer service I have received in a long time!!!! I grew up in this area and have been going to this Nordstrom forever; and will continue as long as it continues to have great customer service like i experienced today. Thank you again Sarah and Nordstrom.

I was looking for the longer version of the Mother Mid-Rise Maven. These are not the same as the ankle or other cuts. This listing doesn’t share very plainly is that this is the Mother Superior brand which fits completely different from the standard Mother Maven jeans. These are soft but not at all the same rise (these are higher), cut, fabric composition etc. Also, the deliberate poor finishing on the “ripped off tag” look of Superior is trashy at best. Finally, the wash color is much deeper in person than online by far with obvious super straight whiskering that adds to the low-end vibe.

I love its fit. It has slim wide leg width and light weight fabric. It has a perfect length for me - I’m 5’8” and usually wear 31-31.5 inches inseam. 150# got size 27 (I am normally 28).

I regret buying these jeans , they stretch out making them very loose and look awkward. Worse jeans ever. Not worth it.

I love these--fit true to size---I am 125 lbs 5'6 and wear between a size 4 and 6 TO be honest a bit loose with the 28 but I love the fit and look--tad long but with boots or heels issue resolved LOVE THESE JEANS--super comfy, very stylish--and they were on sale---WHAT!
