Great puffer
Compared to my other slim fitting Moncler coats, this puffer is looser fitting. I can see this going perfectly with a casual outfit. It is very soft and comfortable. The bottom tightens to cinch at the hips. Cannot comment on the warmth level as I have not worn it yet.

nordstrom has the most delayed return policy
The jacket is great- true to size. I promptly returned bc I no longer need it for upcoming travel. It was recd 14 days ago- still no refund.
