Great addition to the monster truck family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this! He's in his monster truck phase so it was a huge hit. I loved how easy it was to put together, no complicated instructions or pieces. The shark jaw action was a big hit as well - he loved "chomping" his trucks.

Not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set would be a good way to get this particular monster truck. As far as the shark part, this did not hold my kids interest at all. They couldn’t get the mouth to work properly or the treasure chest inside. It probably held their interest for a total of 5 minutes. They do really like the look of the monster truck that comes with it though.

Design could be better. Passes short time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was fun at first. After playing with it for a while, it became boring. The kids no longer play with it. It was difficult to figure out how to play with it and getting it working right. Once you do it for a while, you can figure it out, but it's still awkward.

Monster Truck
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Monster Truck was a little lackluster. There wasn’t much to the toy itself and the jaws themselves didn’t actually do anything. My boy a were excited with the way the toy looked, it looks like it can actually destroy the trucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hot wheels monster trucks treasure chomp challenge toy is a game where you try to launch your monster truck into the treasure chest to reveal the treasure before you get chomped. It wasn’t blatantly apparent exactly how to play so we used the back “car holder” and someone tried chomping the other player trying to get the treasure open. The ramp helps you launch your monster truck at the treasure box, which takes quite a hit to open. We could not get the jaws to chomp much on their own so that was disappointing. It was fun for my child to try and pop open the treasure, however, it is sort of a one and done toy. We have used the monster truck for other play, so that is nice. Also, the jaw kept popping out of place, requiring me to frequently pop it back together, which was frustrating. It is a relatively small toy so it could be taken along for play on the go but we only used it at home. All in all, it is not a toy I would purchase or gift.

Family Fun time great memories

We put it together with our other tracks and other monster trucks from Hotwheels and are having a blast. Me and my son are having great family time spent together thank you Hotwheels. We love you guys.

Another home run by Hot Wheels!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hot Wheels Monster Truck set is another home run by Hot Wheels! We are a Hot Wheels loving family, and especially of the monster trucks collection so of course we had to try this one.
Right away we were ilpressed by the quality, durability, attention to detail. My 8 year old was able to assemble the product himself (with my supervision) in no time at all and get to playing quickly.
He really loves the monster truck that is included, and I think the smashed car is also a great detail.
We love how the shark jaws close on the unsuspecting vehicles! This is definitely a great addition to our growing Hot Wheels collection!
