Nocturne 600 Thread Count Fitted Sheet

It SHOULD be thin! Traditionally, a cotton single ply 600 thread count weave is not only soft, but thinner than a lesser thread count. Today many manufacturers use 2 or more "ply" to increase the advertised thread count (which means a cotton 2 ply 600 thread count is really only 300). Manufacturers no longer print the "ply" on the description. Not even Matouk. As a result, you do not know what you are buying unless you can physically feel the product. When I read the comment of the reviewer that gave this product 1 star, I knew this was the quality I was looking for and I was not disappointed. I wonder how many customers did not buy this product based on that one review. Unfortunately, lack of truth in advertising for many sheet manufacturers has disappeared. Yes, these cotton sateen sheets are "thin". Yes they are soft. Yes, I will buy them again.
