Samovar Organic Masala Chai is a hand-blended spiced black tea made in small batches from 100% organic ingredients: wild-crafted Yunnan black tea, cinnamon, cardamom pods, whole cloves, cracked black pepper and shredded ginger. Whole spices are cured for at least two months to develop deep, layered flavor.
- Brew with hot water for a lighter cup or simmer with milk and raw cane sugar for a classic, creamy chai. Quick stovetop brew (serves 2): boil 2 cups filtered water, add 2 tbsp chai, simmer 10 minutes with sweetener, add 1 cup milk or milk alternative, heat to near boil (do not boil), strain and serve. Spices are sourced from farmers practicing sustainable methods.
