Excellent overall except battery life
I absolutely love these headphones. They are the perfect size for my (petite) head, comfortable and have great controls on the exterior of the ear cup. Sound fidelity is awesome and the ANC works well. Having owned the MID previously I can say that the materials and construction feel more solid. My only complaint is that the battery life is substantially lower than the MID. A personal preference would be for the volume to go lower. The lowest setting is often too loud and I have to slide them so they are only half on my ear. After 35+ years of headphones I'm am increasingly concerned with hearing loss. Thanks Marshall for an outstanding product.

My ears are on fire!
I got these headphones for Christmas. I listened to music for 1 hour and my ears started to hurt a lot. I have a small, feminine head, but I can't stand how narrow these headphones are! I am very upset and angry! Why don't your designers and technologists check the ergonomics of a product before selling it? I do not recommend buying this model. This was my first time using Marshall and I’m unlikely to do it again.

Hello, thanks for contacting us. Sorry to hear that you find the headphones too tight. It is possible to relieve the clamping pressure by stretching the headband: place your hands at either end of the headband (NOT on the hinges or on the earpieces) and stretch your hands away from each other, gently stretching the headband. It may be necessary to repeat this process multiple times until you find the perfect fit for you.

very good product
I am really satisfied with my purchase, but I found only one problem that is there is no app for these headphones from which I can control the bass treble and ANC. Otherwise, I think these are the best headphones available in the market, and the looks are dashing.

My favorite headphones -- ever!
I've been using my Marshall MID A.N.C. headphones for about 2 months and I have to say that I love them! Great sound, first and foremost. The noise cancellation setting is great. I can't hear my dear husband's snoring at all when I wear these headphones to listen to my audio books! ;-D

Good sound, good noise cancellation, soft ear cushions. I liked MID A.N.C more than Major 3, I compared them: I listened, tried them on (MID A.N.C has slightly softer ear cushions and nicer headband, and I like the design more).
But my copy is a bit crooked: the headband slid a little to the left, about 4 millimeters. It's not pleasant, but not critical.
