Very heavy and way too long
I was excited about receiving this dress, loved the black-brown combo marl. The first surprise when you open the package is the sheer weight of the dress. It’s far heavier than you would expect, and that rules it out for an easy travel piece. I’m on the short side at 5’4”, but the dress is ridiculously long, coming almost to my ankles. So disappointed in this piece, and returned it promptly.

Flattering dress for the fall, weird sleeves
As another review mentioned, I was surprised at how heavy this was out of the package, but that was a pro for me, living in the Pacific Northwest. I am 5'7" and found this hit about mid-calf, as on the model. The ribbing and taper on the front of the dress, along with the weight, make it extremely flattering for a sweater dress - I didn't feel like all my lumps and bumps were on display as typically happens with knit dresses.
However, I will likely be returning this piece solely because of the sleeves. They have an odd slit that is WAY longer than pictures make it seem - probably about 4" in total. I didn't like the look of the slit, but because it's so long, there's no real way to roll the sleeves up, as well. I contemplated taking it to alterations, but as this is a knit fabric, I didn't think that would be very successful. Everything else about this dress was a slam dunk.

Beautiful drape and figure flattering
Yes this dress is a little on the heavier side, so it will be warm…. a perfect fall winter dress!
I bought both colors, but I prefer the brown…..I’m 5’7 so the length was mid calf…..
Really glad I bought it…..a one and done dress! Extra warmth just add a moto jacket!

Well-Made, Flattering Dress
The dress drapes well and has good stretch. There is no gaping between the buttons. I will wear control top hose with it this fall/winter, as I'm not as toned in the stomach as I used to be, and the dress is formfitting to the hips. It is a heavier fabric, but I live in a climate that has cold winters, so it will be perfect for me.
