Super Collagen Mask

I do love Mario Badescu products and especially the Azulene Mask, but this mask is very difficult to put on. To me it's like clay that is drying and very hard to massage into facial skin. It dries tight and getting it off is more of a battle. I have sensitive skin and I don't need to aggravate it anymore with tugging and rubbing to get this off. I was disappointed in this as I do like his other products. I just can't use this.

This mask is an intensive treatment to minimize pores and hydrate. Easy to use, gentle, goes from thick gel to hard clay as it dries. I use this mask when coloring my hair to protect my skin. After I wash it off, I follow with an MB serum or MB Rose Hips Oil for instant hydration. I keep the jar closed tight so it doesn’t dry out, and transfer some product to an empty half ounce jar from an MB GWP to minimize air exposure to the big jar. Like all MB masks I’ve used, this is effective and a great value for the price.

This mask will give your face a major wake-up. With the first use, I could see a difference in my skin that I continually noticed the following day. Overall my skin is significantly more supple. Particularly I noticed an improvement in the areas where smiling stresses the skin if it is dry. My skin is quite sensitive and most masks I've used, particularly with clay, have left the skin dry or more prone to break out. This one leaves my skin gorgeous & healthier. I highly recommend this product. The smell is also wonderful.

I'm in my early 20's and got back into a skincare frenzy after noticing my skin changing and aging a little bit. For a long period of time, I would go to sleep with no moisturizer and now see the consequences. After reading the reviews, I decided to get this. Beware! Open carefully. There's no pump so all the product is there. There could be spillage if you're not taking your time with this packaging. You can use your hand or a clean wooden stick to get the product onto your face. Although it's a mask that dries up, once you wash it off, your skin feels supple and soft! Not oily, either. I have oily-combo skin, oily in the summer and combo in the winter, but I recommend that no matter how oily or dry you are, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!!! Especially during the winter nights. I like doing all my masks at night. I put this mask on my forehead, neck, cheeks and chin, while I put the Cucumber Tonic mask on my T-zone. I will definitely be repurchasing this and making it a staple in my skincare routine. Also, Mario Badescu is cruelty-free!
