I have had a great experience using this moisturizer. It's richer than the MB's other oil-free moisturizers, but it's not nearly as greasy as some of the oil based ones. It's the perfect oil-free lotion to use with my acne balancing skin care regimen. For my combination skin, I use this in conjunction with the seaweed soap (alternated with the glycolic cleanser), the seaweed toner (alternated with special cucumber every other night), the herbal hydrating serum, the seaweed night cream, the rolling cream peel, and a slough of Mario's acne products. As soon as I smooth this on, my skin feels like satin. This also works beautifully under my makeup. I never feel dry or tight, and after almost a month of using it, I've yet to break out. Along with the other products I'm using, my skin is balanced and glowing. Thanks MB!

Change of ingredients
I'm only giving this a 2 star because of the ingredient change, a lot more chemicals like parabens in this bottle than the last one I purchased. But it does clearly state that ingredients are subject to change. Probably return this one and look at Ulta or Sephora for one that maybe has less ingredients.

Drying
I purchased the products geared toward acne control since none contained ingredients that had irritated my skin in the past. I used the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser, the Special Cucumber lotion, and the AHA & Ceramide moisturizer in the morning (I decided to stick with Kiehl's for my evening moisturizers to prevent overdrying). For the first couple of days this seemed okay, but within three days I was having some pretty extensive peeling and my foundation was looking cakey. My breakouts were better, but I was not pleased with the texture of my skin. I didn't really care for the smell of the products at all either. They smelled old and musty to me, which isn't a huge deal but it's something to note if you're sensitive to product smells.

Just right
For those of us who are dealing with both acne and wrinkles (not fair!) this stuff does the trick. It softens and smooths the skin without adding oil or clogging the pores. I've tried many more expensive products and they have either been too rich/heavy or not moisturizing enough. I've been using this one for about 3 weeks, and it's just right. My skin looks and feels great!

BEST MOISTURIZER EVER!
You can’t go wrong with Mario Badescu. This moisturizer not only has left my skin feeling extremely soft but it has minimize the appearance of my acne scars remarkably and I haven’t seen any breakouts. I love how I can put it day and night and under my make up. Totally worth the price I will buy it again and again.

amazing
I got this as a free sample. I have oily skin prone to breakouts. I usually use CA Baby for my face as I cannot stand any type of moisturizer. I gave this a shot and am amazed. After using once I noticed a slight difference in my skin and it feels amazing. Doesn't add too much weight, perfect for a.m. use. I read the other reviews and was sold. I had much the same experience. Can't beat the price either.

The best I have ever used
First let me say that my skin breaks out more in my 30's then at any other point in my life. I have used so many skin care lines over the past 10 years that I can not even keep count. I have combination skin and my pores clog easily. I read reviews on lots of differnt brands and people using this brand sounded like they had the same problem I did so I decided to give it a shot. I noticed a difference within a week of using this product. It does not clog my pores at all. I liked it so much that I ordered other products from this brand. This is the best my skin has looked in years. I have had very minimal breakout and my skin feels so good after I put this on.
