What it is: An SPF for the sun you live in. OSEA's Marine Screen daily mineral face SPF 50 shields skin from UVA/UVB rays with non-nano zinc oxide while seaweed and hyaluronic acid hydrate and soften.
What it does: Clean, lightweight and blendable, the sunscreen leaves a natural, hydrated finish worn alone, over moisturizer or under makeup. The non-nano zinc oxied shields skin from UVA and UVB rays. It helps prevent visible signs of aging and works to soften adn smooth skin. It leaves skin wiht a natural, hydrated finish that's lightweight, non-greasy and blendable.

How to use: Apply the sunscreen liberally to face and neck as the last step in your AM skin-care routine, at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours for full SPF protection. Wears beautifully alone, over moisturizer or under makeup. To minimize white cast, apply over moisturized skin, warm between fingers and gently press in.

Marine Screen SPF 50 Hydrating Emulsion Mineral Sunscreen
The packaging of the product was amazing. Wrapped, triple wrapped, cushioned, boxed and taped. Nothing was breaking or leaking in the package! This detail may seem trivial, but it’s most important as the first thing you notice is if your products are damaged in any way. No damage or possibility of damage here! Pics 1 and 2.Packing: neat, clean, visually appealing. Pic 3Opening the marine screen: nice easy to open cap, foil sealed, nicely done. Pics 4 and 5Upon application: it’s a very nice lotion, creamy, smooth, not chalky in any way. First, it appears white. After virtually no effort of blending, it disappeared into my skin with zero white cast which often happens with sunscreen. No visibility of the product other than an appearance of hydration in that area. Pics 6 and 7.It simply melts into your skin, it’s lovely, hydrating and refreshing.There is a faint clean smell, not even describable as fragrance. Just fresh, clean, light, almost undetectable. Not overpowering, just clean.

Does not layer well
I’m disappointed to share that this product does not layer well with my skincare routine. When I apply it as the final step over my OSEA products, it clumps and doesn’t spread evenly. I’ve tried waiting longer between layers, but the issue still occurs.Because of this, it leaves my skin feeling uneven and not as clean or smooth as expected, and I often feel like I need to start my routine over.I wanted to share this feedback in case it’s helpful.

Great sunscreen!
I was a bit unsure about this sunscreen because it’s a bit thick and white, but it goes on so smooth and is easily absorbed! There’s zero white cast and my skin feels smooth and moisturized. I wore it on my face, neck, and arms while gardening and didn’t get burned. Definitely love it!

Moisturizing
I received this SPF complimentary in exchange for an honest review, and I was genuinely excited to try it since this was my first time participating in something like this. I’ve used OSEA products before and have always been impressed—they consistently deliver on their claims, are high-quality, and have a beautiful, clean scent. I also really appreciate that their products are made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.I often purchase their products as gifts for friends too who also absolutely love them!My honest review of the SPF:The sunscreen itself is white in color with a smooth, slightly thicker texture—not runny like some others I’ve used. It does take a bit more time to fully rub in, but once applied, it feels very hydrating and leaves a healthy, dewy glow that I really enjoy. It sits nicely on the skin and layers well under makeup without pilling or feeling heavy. Interestingly, I didn’t notice much of a scent at first, but I picked up a light fragrance later in the day. Overall, it performs beautifully and feels nourishing on the skin.

LOVE this sunscreen!
Thank you to OSEA for letting me try this ahead of the May 5 launch—I honestly love it.It goes on super smooth, no white cast, and just gives my skin a really nice glow—even when I’m not wearing any makeup. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all (which I’m picky about), and it sits really well under makeup AND no pilling or anything.I’ve had zero issues with it. No irritation, no breakouts just really easy to use every day. Love it!I already use OSEA for my body and love their products, so this was an easy yes for me. Safe to say this is a new addition in my routine!! 😊😊
