Shouldn't have passed QC

This piece shouldn't have passed QC. The seams were sewn wrong and bright white stitches are seen in the back and sides. I took photos and had to fix it myself because there weren't any left in my size AND my local Nordstrom said it wasn't their problem. Icon status didn't change that. Very discouraging
