their products do not last
I will start off by saying I like their jewelry. I’ve gotten a lot for of gifts here for my GF, but I think the last one will be my final purchase from them.
I got a nice gold bracelet that after a month started to fray, went to return it and it was discontinued (I assume because that was a common issue), my girlfriend was told about a small gold chain bracelet that had a letter on it. She wore it two times before it must have broken off because it is so dainty. We called but they “don’t replace lost items” even if they make bracelets they can’t handle simple wearing. Will by the last time we spend that kind of money for products you have to look to make sure are on just for wearing them.
