fun and bold pattern
I really like this duvet cover. It’s the signature design of The brand. Good quality and bold colors. The reason I gave it a four star is because I didn’t realize that the dark color was a solid black. And even after I washed it, i still needed to clean off the lints with a lint roller. To minimize the black, I softened it by adding a couple of bright green/white pillows and a lamp to match. Btw, I bought that cute little lamp at Nordstrom more than 10 years ago.

So disappointed
The dark color bled onto the white areas after the first wash - in cold in my HE washer. I love the print, but the quality is a huge disappointment because of this! This happened with the sheet set too. (IKEA can keep colors separate, but not Marimekko?)

Stylish and Comfortable
I love Marimekko. The style of my home is coastal chic and this dark navy/black/white combo was perfect for my guest bedroom. Though my bed is a queen, I bought the twin duvet set, added an inexpensive twin duvet and folded it so it looked like a runner on top of my white duvet. This came with one matching pillow case so I used it as a decorative pillow. Very cute!
