Marilyn Frayed Ankle Straight Leg Jeans

I was looking forward to a frayed hem petite length pant. At 5'1" i thought even if they hit just above the ankle they would be perfect with boots this fall. Unfortunatle, I would have needed to cut 3 inches off and frey the fabric myself to make them hit at the ankle. I double checked and the tag said petite. I also ordered a size according to the size chart and the pand was too big in the waist, theighs abd seat. Returning. Nordstrom, bring back brick and morter stores in Southern VA, neither the company nor the client will have to deal with returns.
