love it - but definitely stacked piercings
I do love this earring for a second or third piercing. It is on the small side and it’s nice with the threading so no earring backs getting caught in your hair!!!

Poor craftsmanship
I had my ears re-pierced at the NYC flagship store. I bought 2 hoops and 2 heart studs. I chose the heart as a relatively temporary earring to wear as my ears healed, then planned to upgrade. The heart broke off one earring, leaving the post and back in my ear, after ~2 weeks of wear. I had no problems exchanging it. The salesperson helping me was super nice and responded quickly. She FedExed a new earring to me. Unfortunately, the replacement has a bent (not perpendicular) post. So disappointed! One would expect higher quality when a single stud earring cost $150.
