Have one, getting another. Great earring.
I have the gold one for the left ear. I wear it constantly in the upper ear hole and can then wear an additional earring below on either side. If I am not wanting to wear earrings I twist it a little so it covers the lower hole and looks like I'm wearing 2 earrings. I want to get another for my right ear, they are sold out so I will get another left and put it in backwards. You can wear them from the front or the back. Does that make any sense ? It's never uncomfortable.

Bought the gold (for the left ear) and I love it! Have been wearing for a few weeks: super comfortable and never out of place. Wish they made gold for the right ear. Waiting until the silver is back in stock so I can buy that one, too.
