Disappointing/Shocked
The boot was fabulous but....it ran a little narrow...you could see a bump where the bone on the top of my foot was. It seemed like maybe ? it could have stretched a little if I had kept them but I returned them because I received them in a plain Nordstrom shoe box rather then the Loubooutin packaging. I did not get the dust bags either. I was shocked that they would send out $1,600 boots like this. I could not give them as a present in this condition. Made me question where they came from. I ordered another pair from a competitor and these came with all the bells and whistles. Shocked that Nordstrom would not only send them out like this but do NOTHING about it when I called to complain and see if they could "make it better'. I returned them and the salesgirl who took the return offered me bags and was great but I didn't want them anymore.
