Burke Skirted Leggings

I purchased this skirted legging in a size small, I'm 5'3" 114 lbs. The fit is fine throughout, but the leggings are thin and bag-out while wearing. After washing them once the leggings now have light streaks running through them. I honestly started to wonder if I'd purchased them on Amazon. Nope, that was another skirted legging that I paid a fraction for and are great. These are going into the garbage.
