Leather Crossbody Bag

I bought this to replace a well loved, 10 year old small leather MJ crossbody. I had a really hard time with the zipper from the first time I used it. The end that the zipper moves from is tucked inside the bag itself and gets stuck on the upward curve when you unzip. The only way to resolve this is to either pull that end out each time (which I wish was as easy as it sounds) or leave the end of the zipper out instead of tucked in, which gives an unfinished look. I now make a conscious effort to only unzip about 90% of the way whenever I open it, which is more mental effort than should be needed to unzip a purse. The guitar strap is a nice touch and sets it apart, but the large buckle piece drives me nuts on my shoulder. As a loyal MJ black leather purse customer, I really wanted to love this bag, but I don’t. I would return if I hadn’t used it several times and my nearest Nordstrom is an hour away.
