I love them!!!!! Soft and very comfy. Get yourself a pair! I am normally 7.5 and I got them in 7.5 . They are just perfect !

I recently received the shoes I ordered and was overall happy with the design and comfort. However, upon inspection, I noticed that one of the metal decorative tips on the front tassel is missing (as shown in the attached photo).
Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved? I would appreciate it if you could send the missing piece or offer an appropriate solution.
