had to order return and order a size down
I usually am an 8.5 in heels. These were too big. I have ordered a new pair. Other than that, I love the look and feel.

beautiful shoe but disappointed
This shoe was exactly what I was looking for, but, it was way too big for me. I even ordered a 7.5 and it was too big, even with a heel grip inserted. I ended up returning both pair.

Very deep
These are some good looking shoes. The color is more taupe-ish, see my picture with a banana :)). They run big, as others said, I wear a 10, and ordered a 9, which fit me well. The shoes are also very deep, meaning, the sides are taller than I would like them to be, and were uncomfortable for me. I have returned because of that.

not shiny patent leather like in pictures
