What happened to Nordstrom quality
I received these shoes, which had clearly been returned. The box was crumpled and torn, the shoes haphazardly tossed in, and the gold finish on the back and heel of one shoe was damaged. So disappointed in Nordstrom's quality AND quality control lately. The shoes were okay, the gold is rather bright and they seemed to run a tad large. Back they go.
