Leather Circle Crossbody Bag

I first discovered the style of this bag on the real real. It was even expensive used and I figured I’d probably never own one brand new. But Nordstrom had an amazing sale and I just bought it, thinking I could return it if I didn’t like it. I had to give it a shot! I got it in classic black and when it finally arrived I think it surpassed even my very high expectations for it. It is gorgeous! It’s a staple. It’s super well-made and will last forever. It LOOKS expensive. I’m glad I got it in a classic black, but now I want another in a fun bright color! I love this bag! It’s so chic. If you’re lusting after it in photos - you’ll love it even more in person.

The bag is stylish and the leather is beautiful. I am looking for a practical and stylish black leather bag. I don’t care for it because it is smaller, need to use both hands to open the zipper and in general a cardboard feeling. I would have liked it more if I was looking for occasional use and not the everyday bag. Returned it.

I have long been a fan of Mansur Gavriel. I own this size circle bag in the Calfskin Leather and it still looks pristine after regular use for the last two years. I recently purchased this Circle Bag in the color Bordo with the Vegetable Tanned Leather. The color on this bag is gorgeous, the perfect burgundy for the colder months. However, the bag I received was already quite scuffed and had marks I could not get off. Now, it should be noted that this type of leather will age, darken and mark over time but I returned and exchanged for another bag and it was much better. Be very careful of any oils or water as it will leave marks so it would probably be good to use a good leather conditioner to keep it looking smooth. I am keeping the second bag I was sent and am looking forwarding to using it and taking care of it! It will not be as carefree as the Calfskin version so it's good to know this before purchasing.

I bought this bag for its size and the look of the leather. unfortunately the zipper was slightly stiff and was not moving smoothly. For the amount I was spending, the zipper is as important as the leather. I had to return it because of the that. Otherwise, it is a beautiful looking bag. So sad...

Perfect circle bag. Beautiful design and detailing. Quality materials. Classic style that will never look dated.
