Gaia Shoulder Bag

Upon receiving this bag i realized immediately it was a fake. Black inside, extremely cheap leather and no insignia even showing what it was. So incredibly disappointing that a reputable retailer like Nordstrom let this through. Nordstrom does have excellent customer service so no issues returning and sales clerk was equally shocked looking at it, but I want to make people aware (along with Nordstrom!).
