Granted I bought the 115 mm pair (very rare compare to the standard 105 mm but you can find them), the smallest and very last pair in Black and 115mm was 36.5, so I had no choice.I'm a true 36. 36.5 was big on me, there's at least a gap as big as my pinky's width. The shoes is extremely well-made. The sole is so well made that it's a shame to have to walk on it. And since it hugs tightly to your feet, an extra 0.5 size up didn't make a difference in the comfort of walking. I fear, however, long term it's going to annoy me. Still don't know if I should return since it's the very last pair of its kind, or I should get botox to inflate my feet 0.5 size up so that I can fit this shoes. The only warning I would say is make sure you are mentally ready, because you are going to want to buy every single Manolo pair out there after you try them on just feeling how comfortable they are! You are going to throw out every other pair of Louboutin you own because you are spoiled by the comfort Manolo brings you. They are not just a shoes SATC hype up, it's true. It's very very comfortable and the crystals are mesmerizing, agree to the other view, the pictures CANNOT do it justice, you just have to wear them yourself. Manolo Hangisi should be locked in a glass case, to be admired and never to be worn. It's a work of art. And did I mention it's hand-made! To hand-made 2 identical shoes is incredible and whoever made my shoes, THANK YOU!

Purchased them for my wedding next August and online pictures do them no justice... they are breath taking in person. The heel height is perfect (I do wear 4" heels on a regular basis) - and they are much more comfortable than I would have thought! They are much more comfortable than my Loubs of the same heel height. I typically wear a 37 so based on other reviews, I ordered a 37.5 but it was actually way too big. I exchanged for a 37 which fits perfectly! These shoes are amazing and worth every penny. Can't wait to walk down the aisle in them!

I am very, very picky when it comes to shoes, especially when it comes to sizing. I have been eyeing these for so long and researched what size would be the best for me. After reading a lot of reviews I feel this shoe is really true to size. Ladies look no further--they are true to size. I am a 5.5 in most shoes, sometimes a 6. The 5.5 fit me me perfectly. My feet are a bit wide but they fit like a glove!!! I even walked around a bit in them to test them out once I received the package and no pain no tight areas in the shoe. These shoes literally are the most serious shoe ever, and I mean that in a good way! It is so very well-made, extremely gorgeous in person and very classy. I got them in the blue satin. The crystals are to die for. The pictures on the internet and on the website don't do any justice. It looks 100x more amazing in person! On the fence still if I'm going to wear these or Louboutins for my wedding, but this might be the one. They are worth every single penny!!!! Plus the shipment came super fast to my house!

I had been toying with the idea of buying these shoes for my upcoming wedding. I wasn't quite sure and I didn't know what size to get, so I decided to swing by a Nordstrom store to get more info. When I saw the shoes, I knew that I had to have them. Then I tried them on and they fit like a glove. These shoes are ridiculously comfortable and so gorgeous! Naturally I bought them in blue and I can't wait to wear them for my wedding. I will probably try them on everyday until then!! Oh, and they ran true to size for me.
