Finally, the shoe of my dreams

I was on the look out for a pointed toe pump that was just right. It had to be wearable, the toe shouldn't be too pointy and most important of all, they needed to be sexy without being inappropriate for the office. Bingo, the Manolo BB is it. I am a Choo and Louboutin lover but I wasn't buying the Louboutin Pigalle for anything...I want to be able to walk in my shoes. I ordered the Manolo BB and the Jimmy Choo Abel. They looked identical online but what I difference when I received them. The Choos looked cheap....like they easily could have been a $100 pair of shoes and the cut was just....blah. Not bad by any means...but nothing special. The BBs on the other hand had an amazing cut although low on the sides, and the stick straight heel left me convinced....this was my shoe. I listed them as slightly narrow b/c I have narrow feet and the low cut sides are just right....maybe a hair towards too low/too narrow. If I had feet any wider, my foot would be popping out the sides. If you have narrow feet and are looking for a great pump, this is it. If your feet are wide, I would recommend the Choo Abel for a practical and comfortable shoe.....but be warned, they cannot compare to the appeal of Manolo. This is my first pair of Manolos and it won't be my last. Bye Bye Louboutin, I have a new man in my life!

Look Cheap

I was on a wait list to get them. I ordered nude. when they finally arrived I was completely disappointed in the way they looked. They looked cheap and I found several flaws in my pair. I was so excited to get them and was bummed, especially when I paid good money. I returned them and got Jimmy Choo insead.

Not worth the $595 price tag.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but I find it very hard to justifying the price. It's definitely a basic staple to have in your wardrobe, but there are nearly identical shoes at Nordstrom that are better quality and less expensive. They are really not that well made. All you're paying for is the name.

Sexy and Comfortable

I have a relatively wide foot, size 9 U.S., and have never been able to fit into a Loub or a Choo—in those designers, I have to go up to a 40 to fit my forefoot, but then I've got a gap at the back out of which I slip when I walk. And if I'm spending that much money, I shouldn't have to jerry-rig with stretching and inserts, etc. I need something that fits out of the box and doesn't kill my feet. I praised the Shoe Gods when I found Manolo BBs. The 9.5s fit my foot like a glove—no pinching, no rubbing, no sores. I can walk in them all day—I have one pair with 3" heels, another with 4"—they are equally comfy. There are no other pumps for me!

So glad I finally ordered a pair!

I have been eyeing the BB's for a while... let me just say I am so glad I ordered them! They look so flattering. I was a little hesitant because it's a 4" heel which I don't usually buy (I usually wear around 3" heels to work). This definitely feels more comfortable than a 4" heel. For all you ladies on the fence, I would recommend ordering them and trying them! Definitely order the half size up as recommended by Nordstrom.

Beautiful But TOO Small

I was so excited to get these in the mail, unfortunately, they are too small. I am a size 10M so I ordered an 11, but even that wasn't large enough. Too bad, because they are beautiful. I would have enjoyed them, if only they fit.

Don't size down

Purchased these gorgeous shoes in European 38.5, a half size up from my typical 38, based on Nordstrom's sizing recommendation. They were too big, though: a centimeter-sized gap at the back of the heel made them unwearable. I recommend going with your normal European shoe size on these, not the American equivalent suggested. For reference, I wear a 7.5-8 US.
