Not received it!

I have been waiting to receive it and it showed that it has delivered, but not received this. Wonder if the delivery person made a mistake but it is upsetting and delivery system needs to fix this problem! At least take a picture where they put the delivering item ex. at porch or front door so the costumer can exactly know where it is and pick it up!
