Great cut, but...
I love the cut and color of the jeans. The fit is true to size - according to the size chart. Length is perfect for my height, 5'3". If you are taller, the jeans may be more cropped on you. The rise is more mid-rise, and not high rise as described. The material is quite rough on the skin. Perhaps it would get softer after a wash or two, but I didn't want to take the chance, and therefore, decided not to keep the jeans.

proportions are off
The hips were tight and I think it has something to do with the darting in the back. It would have been cute but I think due to there not being any give in the hips it makes for an unflattering and disproportionate fit.
