do not size up
I originally purchased this jacket in Large and Extra Large, following the advice of other reviews. I am usually a medium, size 10. I ultimately ordered the medium and it was the right size. The length hits right at my waist which is what I was wanting to wear with all of my new high-waisted, wide-leg pants.
