My size wasn’t available (size 2) but the one review that was there indicated that these jeans ran very small. She said 2-3 sizes small. That didn’t sound right but I thought perhaps they might run a tad small so I went up one size and ordered a 4. These jeans DO NOT IN ANY WAY RUN SMALL. I can pull them on and off without unbuttoning or unzipping them. Perhaps the other reviewer is unaware of her correct size and ordered a pair 2-3 sizes too small.

I am a size 8. I ordered a size 6 because that’s what was left. The 6 is snug but I can wear them. If I would have gotten an 8 I think they would look like the model picture. I’m calling these a true to size.

Very disappointed in customer service at Nordstrom
I was sent the wrong item (different style and size) and now what I ordered is no longer available. I went out of my way to return the item to Nordstrom and barely received an apology for the mix up, let alone a solution to the problem. I left the store feeling disappointed by the lack of customer service so I decided to reach out via chat and also didn’t receive a solution. I specifically shop at Nordstrom because the customer service is typically very good but I am very disappointed. I own an online retail store and certainly understand that mix ups happen but when a solution isn’t provided for a mistake the company made, that is both shocking and disappointing. I will likely shop with Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdale’s instead after this.

Cute - but runs large
I read a review that said these run small, and another that said they are TTS. The jeans I received are too big (at least 1-2 sizes). I’ll be returning.
