I think they sent me the reviewer above’s shoes

So, I received my size 7 pair…and one of the shoes was completely missing the ankle strap. I thought it was funny after reading the above review…who also received hers with a missing strap. looks like quality control issues round 2 for these. Shoe looks beautiful- if it came with necessary parts…

I was so excited to receive these shoes, but I am beyond disappointed. They arrived completely missing one of the straps! I honestly don’t understand how an item can be shipped out in this condition without a basic quality check. This is not the level of service I expect from Nordstrom. I will be returning these immediately
