Package never delivered.
I never write reviews, however I am not sure if I’m the only one who has experienced this. I’ve met had an issue with any orders I place if the deliver with FedEx, UPS or USPS, however this order was scheduled to deliver with OnTrac, no customer service, inaccurate information, my package was scheduled to deliver 01/06/25, then it showed delayed with an exception new delivery date 01/07/25. No delivery happened, then all the sudden it has delivery status as delivered on 01/11/25 at 11:30pm.
But the package never delivered and all on track says is that it delivered but the can provide a POD. My question is where is my package and if they delivered, who opened the gate if they did not have a code, in addition there was no delivery services yesterday due to weather conditions as it had snowed. This Ontrack company has the worst service ever, Nordstrom needs to stop using their service. I wish I had a photo to post but still missing my package.
