Beautiful bag, but thin straps
The bag is soft and gorgeous. I was planning on carrying my laptop etc and I thought the straps were too thin for daily use.

Almost perfect..
The color- amazing rich dark brown. Straps- great length and thickness. AND a top zipper?! Thought it was my dream brown tote until I opened it and there were no inside pockets. Like WHAT?! Maybe I didn’t read the description well enough or it wasn’t mentioned. Either way will be returning immediately.

Really bad quality. Do not buy.
I really wanted to love this bag. After 2/3 weeks of wearing, the threading on the bag starts to come off. The customer service was really nice to help me still be able to return it and ask me to just purchase a new one. When I received the newly purchased one, there’s literally a hole at the bottom of the bag where the threading is broken without even using it. I do not recommend this bag due to very bad quality.
