love this coat
I bought this coat last week and it arrived today. The coat is fabulous. It’s true to size and it’s beautiful. I wore it this morning and it was warm as could be. I love this coat and recommend this coat to anyone who is unsure.

received used one
I somehow received a used coat with someone’s credit card and paper towels in the pocket plus strong perfume. Please check your items before mailing. The material itself is itchy. The style looked perfect in the model but not fit well on me (and I am tall) - I looked like a “bucket.” Overall I have expected a lot from this coat due to positive reviews but now am so disappointed with what I received. The size is also interesting. I typically wear US size 6 for coat and this one (size M for US 6) is kind of roomy when I have a heavy sweater in it. I bet a size 4 / S would fit better on me.

perfect coat
I love this coat. I explored many styles but when I saw this one, it was special.
Typically I am between XS-M, ( small waist broad shoulders). I chose a M to allow for room, and it’s the perfect fit. I could layer and wear a thick fleece underneath if needed.
I’m pleased with the color, a cream beige that isnt drab. Still muted and classy looking. I just love it!
