What it is: A peel that synergistically helps promote deep exfoliation for a visible improvement in skin's clarity and smoothness. It dramatically helps reduce the visible appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by age and sun damage.

What it does: The peel brightens the skin and improves uneven pigmentation and scarring with patented nonapeptide-1 and sepiwhite. It exfoliates and smoothes skin's texture with glycolic and gluconic acids. Helps protect skin from aging effects and free radicals with antioxidant-rich lycopene and mandarin extract. The peel leaves skin soothed, hydrated and luminous.
How to use: Use the peel once a week in AM or PM. Apply evenly to clean face and throat, avoiding eye area. You may feel a slight tingling sensation. Leave on skin 4–6 minutes. Rinse with warm water, pat skin dry.

Amazing peel
This peel is what they use when you go into Nordstrom and have an Arcona specialist give you a chair side facial. It immediately makes my skin feel repaired from a week of damage. Tends to also solve any acne problems I might be having. I use it about once a week. Highly recommended. It does tingle a bit but that's the point. It's exfoliating by breaking the bonds between the dead skin and living skin. I have very sensitive skin and I don't find this makes my face too flushed afterwards.

Useless
Thank heavens I had a sample tube. This "peel" has no visible effect. It's a waste of time and money.

excellent
This is excellent for fine lines and texture. I love that it uses lots of natural ingredients. It needs to be used regularly like all skin care products. After the peel, I use a peptide, or ceramides or hyaluronic acid based moisturizing balm.

Glowing Skin with Regular Use
I am surprised that this product has received such bad reviews, because I love it, so I decided to post mine. I have been using the Arcona Brightening Mandarin Peel for about 6 months now on a weekly basis, and my skin is glowing. I have very sensitive and dry skin (with some breakouts) and avoid many products. I received a sample at Nordstrom, and ended up purchasing the full size because of the effect it had on my skin. I apply it sparingly over my face, keep for about 8-10 min, and get a bit of a tingly feeling. I remove with luke warm water, after which I moisturize with my regular face moisturizer. My skin is not only glowing and soft, but I have not noticed any breakouts with the regular use of the product. For reference, I have not changed the rest of my skin care/make-up routine. It's a win-win and I recommend.

fabulous
This is a new part of my ARCONA regime and I really see the difference in my skin. Worth every penny and it smells heavenly as well. takes only 4 minutes once a week....LOVE that.

Acona Is Amazing
Recently, I went to Nordstrom in Chicago and got a facial at the Arcona counter. This is when I was first introduced to the line and I love it. Everything smells so good! I used the mandarin brightening peel several times and the last time I used it my face was really red for about three days, but it's fine now. I am "mature" and I am careful not to use too many exfoliating products, but they recommended I use the peel for 5-6 minutes twice a week. I think my skin can handle that. I think Arcona will be my skin care for a while.
