Sent the wrong size
Very nice shoes, but I was sent the wrong size. I ordered 9.5N and was sent 9.5M. I returned to my local Nordstrom store and was provided prompt, courteous service and an immediate refund.

Very cute sandals
I needed a shoe with a block heel for an outdoor wedding, and hoped these would fit the bill. However, the metal buckle on the toe strap dug into my hammer toe, so I returned them.
