Great concept poor execution

These sandals are gorgeous; however they were poorly assembled. It is not a matter of sizing. The back straps are too long so that when you wear the shoe they actually gap. Same story with the front of the shoes - it’s not a matter of sizing, when you stand up the front gaps at the sides.
