What it is: A nighttime acne treatment with antibacterial sulfur that starts working instantly to help shrink blemishes by cleansing pores and eliminating oil.

What it does: Salicylic acid exfoliates skin without over-drying, while naturally healing zinc and soothing camphor simultaneously help reduce redness and irritation associated with breakouts. It's as if blemishes disappear overnight, leaving skin clear and calm come morning.
How to use: Do not shake. After cleansing, dip a cotton swab into the sediment and apply directly to your blemish at bedtime. Do not rub in. Leave on overnight for best results. Limit to one application daily, as applying can lead to dryness.

This is the best drying lotion l have ever tried.....my acne is reduced to nearly gone with an overnight application. Highly recommend it

subpar spot treatment
Unfortunately, this product does not work. After using for 1 week, my pimples, which usually come to a head and shrink and disappear with other products after 2 consecutive uses (Mario Badescu, Evologie, Origins), did not change in size. I had to switch back to my usual Evologie spot treatment and away they went. I sleep on my face often and this product did not flake off, so that's a plus. The smell is a bit pungent until it dries and caution when washing it off--it burns the eyes! I found a way around the eye burning by using a wet cloth to remove the spots and avoid the eye area instead of using my hands and water to rub the product off.

Absolute Must Have!
Has made a huge improvement on a cystic acne breakout in less than a week. Cystic acne sufferers know that outbreaks can take weeks to improve. The pain and redness were gone after 4-5 days. I still have a bump, but it's going away and can be covered easily with minimal product. Highly recommend!

Bye bye Pimples
This solution is perfect to put on any pimples. It dries them up and shrinks them. I usually take a
Q-tip and dot the areas that need help and sleep with it on my face. I have repurchased this many times and recommended it to many friends and they have all been happy.

Awesome spot treatment!
This product dries out and reduces the pimples fast. It does have a bit smell at first, but it's tolerable, and that goes away quickly.
