Great Quality/Bad User Experience
Robe is extremely large so definitely size down. The color codes on the website are incorrect. I ordered fog thinking it was a darker blue when in fact it is almost white. The web team should fix this issue as it is currently misrepresenting the colors that are available.
That being said, the robe quality is superb and once I exchange for the correct color and size combination I will be extremely happy.

Poor Fabric Quality
This robe is not holding up to wear at all. It started to snag almost immediately and now looks so bad I’m having to replace it. I should have returned it. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Robe = Absurdly Oversized
I bought this because I needed a new robe and figured it was perfect to lounge in - it looked comfy enough! Unfortunately, it is MASSIVE in sizing. Besides being a heavier robe, I didn't see what made this as expensive as it is. And go figure, the smaller size is sold out - but I have a hunch even that would still be a bit too big. I will be returning.
