Ultra Luxe Robe

This Robe is exactly as described online. It is very difficult to find Big and Tall sizes that really nice quality and that fit. The robe is good quality and fit's my husband well. Not sure yet how it will hold up when being washed, but I am guessing that it will be fine. The plus is that my husband keeps remarking on how soft and comfortable the robe is. It was a little more expensive than what I was looking for, but it looks like it was worth spending the extra money!

It took forever to arrive. Arrived almost two weeks after original estimate. Thank goodness I didn't have to have a robe right away. I would have expected better from Nordstroms. But then Nordies seems to have followed the general trend towards reduced levels of cutomer service. The robe fit well before I washed it -- afterwards, not so much. On arrival, the robe had a terrible chemical smell. The packaging looked like it had been in a train wreck. Part of me wonders if the robe had be previously worn and returned ... Sigh.
