Maiza Waterproof Quilted Rain Boot (Women)

I did like these boots initially when I received them and they fit fine, a little big but not big enough that I’d go down a size. I threw the box away since I wanted to keep them and honestly, just assumed that they would be waterproof since they are rain boots. I wore them the next day, and when I got home, my socks were damp! I thought they felt wet when I was out walking but I couldn’t tell if my feet were just cold, but sure enough when I got home and took the boots off, socks were wet. I called customer service and asked if there was anything they could do and they said no since I threw the box away. Mind you, this is one day after they were delivered to me. Now I’m stuck with rain boots that I can’t wear and am going to throw away. Might as well just taken a $50 bill and threw it in the trash can. Disappointed in this boot and also Nordstroms customer service.
