Shoe is great, packaging is not.
The flat itself is very ugly but in the best way. I love them and hope to get lots of wear out of them. I took a star off because of Nordstrom themselves. This is now the fourth designer shoe purchase that I have received in a torn, beaten up box with zero original packaging or authenticity cards. If you’re going to buy designer shoes that don’t have plenty in stock to ensure proper packaging, buy directly from the designer, not from Nordstrom!
